CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel your order, then either email info@valuetents.co.uk.co.uk or ring on 01763 262555 (Mon - Fri 10.00 - 4.00), or by post to the address in the "Contact Us" section on the home page of this web site. If the item(s) has been despatched then just return the item(s) to us (you are responsible for the return post, the return address will be on the invoice) for a refund, see the returns section for details.

RETURNS: Goods may be returned for a refund as long as they are in a new an unused condition if ValueTents are contacted within 7 working days after you the customer takes delivery of the products.
Fabric goods will not be accepted for return if they have been taken out of the product storage bag as we will not be able to supply the tent to a third party as a new product. We will not accept any parcels that have not been authorised by ValueTents first. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage and we strongly recommend you use some way of tracking your parcel. Faulty goods may be returned for inspection, goods returned must be in a clean dry condition, otherwise they will be returned and you will be charged the price of the postage. If goods are returned it is the responsibility of you the customer for the return postage unless a collection has been arranged by ValueTents. Any Item/s that is/are returned must be booked in by contacting ValueTents by either Tel: 01763 262555 or by email: info@valuetents.co.uk or by post to the address given in the "Contact Us" section on the home page of this web site.

Orders will be refunded less the cost of the delivery charge stated or in the instance where no delivery charge has been stated the following cost will be deducted from the refund.

0 - 20 kg less £5.99 21 - 25 kg less £8.00 26 - 30 kg less £10.00 31 - 40 kg less £15.00 41 - 50 kg less £20.00 51 - 60 kg less £25.00 61 - 70 kg less £30.00. Any weights over 70 kg will be worked out with a similar scale as the weights listed above.

ERRORS: While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Sizes, colours and images are for use as a guide only.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: 
If any item you have chosen is unavailable you shall be contacted via your e-mail address as soon as is possible. If no response is made within 7 days your order will automatically be cancelled. 

DELIVERY: Most items are in stock and will be sent out on the day of order if the order is received before 11.00 am; delivery is usually the next working day but in the summer months this may extend to 2-3 days for delivery, if your order is needed in a hurry please call to check how quickly we can deliver to yourselves. If you have not received your goods within 4 working days please email info@valuetents.co.uk and we will track your order.

Deliveries made to the main land UK are normally free of charge for orders over £150.00. There are some exceptions such as the more remote and northern areas of Scotland and most but not all islands. If we do need to place a surcharge on the order due to the location we will inform you the customer before any payment is taken so you can decide if you wish to proceed with the order.

Our courier delivers to the delivery address not to a specific person, it is the customer’s responsibility to choose an appropriate safe & secure destination where you are happy for any person living there or working there to sign and receive the parcel.

You the customer must open all packages to check for shortages before you sign for the parcels. Shortages will not be excepted if you the customer have signed the delivery note without noting any shortages. Signing the delivery note is excepting all of the goods you have ordered have been delivered. 

At this time we do not ship goods to outside of the UK.

SECURITY: Credit Card Security Shopping is safe with www.valuetents.co.uk as we use RBS Worldpay secure payment systems. Your Credit or debit card details do not get stored on our website or any of our computers and all payment requests to your card issuer are via secure automated systems. Please note that none of our customers has ever reported to us fraudulent use of their credit card as a result of shopping with www.valuetents.co.uk.

LIABILITY: Cross camping and leisure Ltd in this case T/A as www.valuetents.co.uk is not liable for compensation for any losses incurred due to late deliveries or goods discovered to be faulty after use. All goods must be checked for faults within 7 working days of taking delivery. We resreve the right to return to the manufacturer any goods that are found to be faulty after this period for inspection before any decision is made as to repair, replacement, refund or no further action. 

CONTRACT:  We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been shipped. No contract will exist until we have dispatched the goods.

VAT: VAT is charged at the government set rates.

CAMPING TIPS: Camping by its very nature brings you closer to the great outdoors and for this reason ValueTents cannot guarantee any tent to be fully waterproof. Windows, vents, doors and seams are points where water ingress may occur. We strongly recommend that when you purchase your tent you also purchase a tube of seam sealant and a tin of silicon spray to assist in keeping the elements at bay. 

Polyester tents can suffer from excessive amounts of condensation and this can sometimes be reduced by opening and using the vents in the tent, keeping wet clothing etc out of the tent. Polycotton tents can also suffer from a build up of condensation but it will be far less than a tent made of a polyester fabric. 

All tents supplied by ValueTents come with the correct amount of poles. Poles are constructed from glassfibre, steel or aluminium, none of the poles supplied can be guaranteed against storm damage. Pole sections can be replaced by ValueTents or any good camping retailer.

All tents supplied by ValueTents come with the correct amount of pegs. The pegs supplied with the tents are basic and are only suitable for fair weather summer use. We strongly recommend that when you purchase your tent that you also purchase a mixture of extra pegs that will suit the many different ground conditions you may come across while camping, for this reason ValueTents cannot guarantee any tent against storm damage.

A test pitch and run through of your camping equipment should be performed before any holidays are taken as ValueTents cannot be held responsible for any loss due to faulty items. All physical faults need to be reported to ValueTents within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

The Camping Tips section is included within our term and conditions, if for any reason you disagree with our terms and conditions please do not proceed with your purchase.

What we do with the information our customers give us:-

We use our customers contact information (given during registration at our site) to send goods or services ordered, to contact customers  if we have a question about the order. We also use the customers contact information to notify them of special offers, clearance sales via our newsletter. (Our  newsletter is sent no more than four times a year).

Newsletter opt-out options

We send newsletters  approximately every quarter about products and events we think you will be interested in, if you do not wish to receive our newsletter, simply follow the opt-out instruction at the bottom of the newsletter and you will not be sent our newsletter any more. 

Do we share your contact information? 

We regard the information you have given us as confidential so we do not share, sell, rent out or give our customer database to third parties. We store you details in our database so that next time you shop with us, you do not have to fill the long winded form asking for your personal details again.
